How to listen to your customers and answer their questions

Nowadays, your potential customers are resistant to ad copy and they have all the tools to research the market themselves. They dislike salesmanship and they want good information about a product or service, not sales hype.
Today, being prepared to talk about what you do in an impartial way is likely to be the best method to build up trust and win over customers. You need to be willing to listen to what your customers are saying and answer their questions.
If you have your own blog then you are probably already thinking along these lines. You may be already entering into a conversation with your potential clients and building up an authority position for yourself in your market.
However, if you are in the baby, fashion, travel, games, gifts or books markets, you can now extend the reach of your conversation by contributing to one of these sites. They use a Wordpress format and are designed with categorization and tagging in mind. You will also benefit from being part of a larger group associated with your field. If you are in other niches, then you can still discuss any aspect of your business using a press release format in much the same way.
