Silver Touch Technologies Ltd, showcased its software development services, offshore software development Centre and Managed IT services through NOC in Gitex 2008 TECHNOLOGY WEEK. We initiated in the Middle East market in 2007 by getting associated with IT companies and consultants in GCC Region to promote and explore Software Development, Web Application Development projects with local companies and government agencies.

Mr. Minesh Doshi, Director of Silver Touch Technologies Ltd says, “Our experience for executing the IT projects for Middle East companies has been good. Outsourcing software services are divided categorically as Implementation & Customization of packaged business application, Development of Custom Application. Current outsourcing model is more focused on implementation of packaged business applications, challenging local skills. More experienced consultants are required to work onsite for successful implementation of the project. Above all it has bottleneck in terms of Indian professionals travelling to GCC. On the other hand, custom application development has been limited to new and innovative concepts only, where packaged solution is not available, proving even more challenging as customer has limitations to define detailed “Scope of Work” to outsourcing vendors.

There is a huge potential in requirement understanding for custom application development as well as implementation services for packaged software applications.
