A New Muscle Building Program Called Anabolic Again Has Been Released
June 28th, 2010Anabolic Again is a new program being released by Brad Pilon, which is to reverse something, which he calls anabolic slow down. The system is geared for people with a lot of training experience and have plateaued with their muscle building results.
Anabolic Again is not for people who have plateaued due to using the same workout all the time or from not doing proper muscle building workouts and technique.
Anabolic Again is for people who have added a good amount of muscle, onto their frame over a lot of years. Therefore, their muscle gains have naturally slowed and have reached something called Anabolic Slow Down, according to Brad Pilon.
In Brad Pilon’s words, “You have travelled far down the anabolic continuum line and added plenty of muscle mass but have reached anabolic slow down”.
When this happens you cannot add on much more muscle mass and your muscle gains will stagnate. This is where Anabolic Again comes into play.
Obviously the claims listed above sound great. Anyone who has been training for muscle building for years will know the frustration as muscle gains slow and stop. This is due to your muscles becoming accustomed to the continuous stress applied to them with weight training.
This also happens for people who have been training in endurance based activities. Your body is always trying to become more efficient at any activity you perform. It is a natural survival instinct. While there are many variations of muscle building training available; if you have been training for years, there is only so much variety or new training styles you can use after such a long time.
Anabolic Again claims to help break out of this training rut and resets your body to start making fresh muscle gains.
The real question is: Does Anabolic Again actually work and live up the claims?
