Most recently Tom was employed at Merck and Co where he was he achieved his objective of exceeding production goals for the vaccine packaging department.  He also took the lead role representing the department on the corporate-wide safety committee as well as participated in various panel groups.

Tom is a cyclist who has raced both nationally and abroad.  He was a member of the Olympic long team in 1988 and believes that competitive cycling has helped shaped both his personal and professional life.
