It’s a new year, so we’ve made some new changes to Lead Galaxy’s Lead Market.

To get straight to the point, our service has been improved to make it even easier to find buyers interested in your area, and cheaper to buy the leads.

Firstly, we’ve streamlined our leads down into two types:

• Web Enquiries are leads that come from our websites, or those partner portals that supply us with referral data. With these leads, you get an idea of what someone is interested in by looking at the details of the property they’ve enquired about historically.

• Telephone Leads come direct to you from our client referrals team, who have spoken to the client before they go into this system. The contact details are verified and then the property requirements are checked before the customer is referred across.

Secondly, we’ve introduced the ability to filter all leads by location so you can quickly find buyers looking for property in your area. You can now filter by country, region and location, making it much easier to filter the thousands of available leads to find the ones you want.

And finally, we’ve cut the price of web leads to make finding your perfect buyer even more affordable, with each lead becoming cheaper as it gets older.

Telephone Leads – Web Enquiries

0 to 7 days – 7 – 4

8 to 14 days – 6 – 3

15 to 28 days – 5 – 2

28 to 60 days – 4 – 1
