Netsmartz claims that the cost is another attractive feature. Currently, a campaign costs 45 cents per outbound email, with low minimum buys. Discounts are offered to Netsmartz resellers and partners. “We’re willing to offer this service at very low entry cost,” said Boothman. “We think it will sell itself.”
