Schneider Associates Selected by Inc. Magazine as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S.

BOSTON – August 26, 2008 – Schneider Associates (SA), a Boston-based public relations and marketing communications agency, has again been honored by Inc. magazine as one of the country’s fastest growing private companies in the publication’s second annual Inc. 5000 awards. SA ranked 3,427 on this year’s list, up 708 spots from last year, achieving 96.8 percent growth since 2004.
“It’s been a really exciting year of growth for the agency. We’ve added Social Media to our lineup of Consumer, Corporate Communications, Public Affairs and Launch PR specialties which has led to our growth,” said Joan Schneider, president and creative director for Schneider Associates. “We’re thrilled to be recognized again alongside some of the country’s top private companies and we wouldn’t be here today without our wonderful clients, who we are privileged to serve.”
Schneider Associates, along with the rest of the honorees, will be recognized in the September 2008 issue of Inc. magazine. Additionally, all companies honored are invited to the Inc. 500 conference, which takes place on September 18-20, 2008 in Washington, D.C.
The 2008 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2004 through 2007. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2004, and therefore able to show four full calendar years of sales. Additionally, they have to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent. Revenue in the initial year must have been at least $200,000 and revenue in the most recent year must have been at least $2 million.
