London, United Kingdom – 18^th February 2010 – PADZ.com is a new property rentals portal which allows users to advertise and find any type of rental accommodation worldwide. Landlords can quickly and simply create high quality adverts for properties and rooms to rent. Agents and companies can increase their online brand exposure by setting up a dedicated channel for their company and by displaying agent and branch profiles. The site was launched in public beta in June 2009 and has now been released in full.

PADZ has been developed from the ground up to provide a flexible platform which can cater for all types of residential property rentals. Properties can be let on a standalone basis, grouped into development blocks, or broken down into flat and house shares. This approach provides flexibility to advertise anything from large institutional landlord portfolios to individual rooms and even holiday rentals. A calendar for each property and room allows users to set flexible pricing and to manage availability for short lets and holiday rentals.

Agents can set up their own company channel with its own unique web address such as http://residentialland.PADZ.com. This provides agencies with a dedicated website using the PADZ search technology. In addition, agents can set up profiles for their company, branches and individual agents.

The PADZ search technology uses a unique global indexing system to list properties in any location in the world. Users can also tap in to their social networks by promoting listings on Facebook and Twitter.

Joint founder Matthew Wilson explained “In developing PADZ we felt it was important to understand the needs of tenants, landlords and agent users. We believe that agents have an important role to play in property rentals and we wanted to develop a system that reflects the way most agencies are set up. It gives agents an easy and simple way to increase their online brand exposure.”

On PADZ, tenants can leave reviews about the property they stayed in and feedback about the landlord or agents.  This enables agents to build their online credibility and market their company in an innovative way. Similarly landlords can leave reviews about their tenants which can then be used as a reference for future rentals. In houseshares, tenants can check the profiles of the other housemates already living in the property online.

Most features on PADZ, such as the company channels, are free.  Landlords and agents are charged a daily rate of £0.20 per listing and an initial listing fee of £3. This means that users only pay for the days of advertising that they actually use. PADZ currently offers a free trial with every listing.

Michele Frederick, most commonly known as Mikki.F, was born on March 11^th 1963, in Gent, Belgium. Her artistic techniques were perfected at the Brugge’s Arts School, where she graduated with a major in art. She later complemented her studies with graphic and fashion design. For 15 years, she dedicated her talent to designing for world renowned jewelers. Throughout these years Michele Frederickx was also able to evolve as an artist through several small projects including interior design. In 2002, she achieved her ultimate passion, to create art with absolute freedom and creativity.

Her paintings have been displayed throughout Belgium, in events such as Liberat, Talent and Sfeer, from 2004 until 2006. In 2004 her work was also displayed in Sun Valley (U.S.A). Her latest exhibits have been in Portugal, more specifically the Algarve, where she has already presented her work on 4 separate occasions.

This exhibition, organized by Monte Santo and the artist, will include 13 paintings and will be on display within the resort´s Club House from July 1^st until August 31^st.. On September 1^s, Monte Santo will then welcome a new collection of Mikki F.´s art, 13 paintings with a “Marrakech” theme. These will be displayed during 6 months.
