Cincy Chic Helps Tuscany Spa and Salon Celebrate Fifth Anniversary

Cincy Chic, Tuscany Spa and Salon host Black and White celebration event, fashion show

CINCINNATI- September 21, 2009 – A local business is turning five-years-old and they’re celebrating with free salon treatments, product demonstrations and a fashion show.

Join Cincy Chic (www.cincychic.com), the only online lifestyle publication for women in Greater Cincinnati, on Thursday, September 24 from 6-9 p.m. at Tuscany Spa and Salon in Montgomery for their Black and White 5th year anniversary celebration.

Tuscany Spa and Salon will be presenting their new Sebastian Haircare line, and will have on site representatives performing hair treatments and discussing their products. Missy and Jack, a local Cincinnati boutique, will be displaying the latest fall fashions in a black & white fashion show.

In addition to their own fabulous raffles, Tuscany will be giving away various prizes, featuring Jaguar Landover of Cincinnati, Dr. Mendelsohn, Bova Furniture, Silky Way, Cash America, Missy and Jack and Jane Iredale Cosmetics.

Cincy Chic Stirs Up Chemistry for Charity

Leading Online Women’s Publication helps local singles find a mate while supporting a local philanthropy

CINCINNATI- September 14, 2009 – Love will be in the air this Thursday as Tri-State singles meet and mingle to support a local philanthropy founded by two newlyweds.

The “Chemistry for Charity: Bring a Bachelor” event will be on September 17 from 6-9 pm at Mesh Restaurant in West Chester.  Single ladies are encouraged to bring a single male friend, who’s not perfect for them, but would recommend to others.  Attendees are encouraged to wear what they would on a first date and get ready to mingle!

Discounted shopping, free 5-minute massages as well as half-priced food and drinks until 9pm will be available to all attendees.

A $10 donation will be accepted at door. Net proceeds will benefit the New Chance Foundation, a philanthropy inspired by the Akers Family who appeared on “Extreme Makeover Home Edition.”  The founders of New Chance Foundation met while fundraising for the Akers Family, fell in love and recently married.

Through this foundation, they continue to make sure the Akers dream of a new accessible home came true with fundraisers and spreading the word about the family throughout Cincinnati and West Chester.
