D. from Villanova School of Law. Marie clerked for the Family Court of the State of Delaware for one year prior to joining Rahaim & Saints in 2002. Ms. LaBruyere concentrates her practice in the area of Family Law, including Divorce, Child Support, Child Custody & Visitation. She is a member of the Melson-Arsht Inns of Court and was the recipient of the Pro Bono Service Award. Ms. LaBruyere is a native of Orange County, NY.

Wilmington, Delaware Criminal Defense Lawyer Thomas Foley is proud to announce he has moved locations. Until recently Mr. Foley was located on King Street in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Foley’s new office is located at 1905 Delaware Avenue in Wilmington, offering 1400 square feet of newly designed, open office space complete with a conference room. He also has 2 knowledgeable staff members on board in order to support his burgeoning practice. Tom’s new office offers free & easy on street parking, and is also conveniently located in the Trolley Square neighborhood.

Mr. Foley has been practicing criminal law since 1989. His firm is devoted exclusively to criminal defense. Mr. Foley has nearly 20 years of experience in handling all types of criminal cases including, but not limited to, Murder, DUI, Drugs, Assaults, Juvenile Matters, and all other felony, misdemeanor and traffic cases. Mr. Foley is admitted in Delaware as well as the District of Columbia. In addition, Mr. Foley is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Foley graduated from Miami University in 1982, and was then commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. During that time he was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal. Following an honorable discharge from the USMC, Mr. Foley got his law degree from the University of Detroit School of Law. After graduating cum laude in 1989, Mr. Foley served as a prosecutor with the Delaware Department of Justice until 1995, when he entered private practice.
