The lace wig manufacturer, unused to complaints asked the customer, known as  Breee who had posted a complaint on www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/rpg-show-c164906.html for her reasons for her dissatisfaction.

Following their discussion the company changed supplier and gave the disgruntled customer a brand new lace wig.
