Barter site incorporates features allowing users to form their own barter clubs

NEW YORK, July 8, 2009 – BarterQuest (www.barterquest.com), a website that supports the cashless exchange of goods, services and real estate, today announced it has incorporated various features to allow its users to form their own trading clubs. The trading clubs will bring together friends and family or people with similar interests in social networks built around barter.

Clubs can be organized by geographic region, by types of services, by an interest in environmental conservation (green), by lifestyle, and by the types of items its users may be interested in. Clubs can be sponsored by businesses that have trading affinities. Organizations that represent special interest groups can form clubs for their memberships. Whether users organize their own clubs or join an existing one, they will be able to easily find what other members have to trade.
