Wilmington, Delaware Criminal Defense Lawyer Kevin P. O’Neill is proud to announce the release of his new website: www.kevinoneilllaw.com Mr. O’Neill has over 25 years experience practicing law in Delaware and was voted as a top attorney in Delaware in 2002. His practice focuses primarily on, but is not limited to, Criminal Defense, Drunk Driving Defense, Narcotics charges, Traffic Violations, Misdemeanors & Juvenile Matters. When asked about the release of his new website he remarked ‘I am very excited about the release of my new website. It will serve as an information rich  reference point for both for people I have already helped as well as those looking online for a Criminal Lawyer in Delaware. I feel very fortunate to be able to serve the accused throughout Delaware and hope to continue practicing Criminal Law for years to come’. Mr. O’Neill prides himself on being a trial lawyer who fights for his clients rights while helping them navigate through the judicial system.

Mr. O’Neill received his Law Degree from Rutgers School of Law in 1981. Shortly thereafter he was admitted to the Delaware Bar Association. In 1982 he took and passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam. Mr. O’Neill is also admitted to the U. S. District Court of Delaware, the U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit & the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Mr. O’Neill has also taught Business Law classes at Delaware Technical & Community College.

About Kevin P. O’Neill

Mr. O’Neill has 3 sons, ages 16, 14 & 11, as well as a Tatra Polish HIgh Mountain Sheepdog. He is very active in his children’s lives as well as the community. Mr. O’Neill coaches his sons Little League & CYM Basketball teams. In his off hours he enjoys spending time with his family and learning more about the law. To quote Mr. O’Neill: ‘As governments and police have become more intrusive, the needs of my clients have become far more pressing these days. I do not think that will change any time soon. Standing up for the citizen against the power of the state is a battle to be relished.’ Mr. O’Neill is a native of Wilmington, Delaware.
