In the future, organizations will be looking for employees who have thought long and hard about these issues and who are willing to put social considerations at the heart of the way they work. We are sending you a copy of this report and would encourage you to talk honestly here about the issues that it raises. We would do the same for any serious student interested in any of our products and willing to contribute to a discussion of any of the ideas contained in them.
