I was lucky to find your product when I googled "publicity campaign" on the web and prfriend was one of the links. I own a business and was tired of all the money I was spending on advertising. A friend told me that perhaps I should think of launching my own publicity campaign.

I was intrigued by your title: "Ten Steps to Publicity Success." At a low price and with your money back guarantee, I figured I had nothing to lose and possibly everything to gain.

I don't like lengthy explanations. Give me a manual to any electronic device and I cringe. I was pleasantly surprised to find your product easy to read. It literally provided step-by-step information. The appendix at the end provided very useful worksheets (with regard to SWOT and PEST analysis) that can be used over and over again. I couldn't wait to implement all that I had learned from reading your product.

The only thing I would have liked to have seen were more worksheets in the appendix that addressed all or at least more the aspects discussed. For example, a worksheet with questions I could ask myself when setting publicity goals and objectives would have been useful. I can appreciate that this might have entailed more work on your part but it would have made your product even more valuable to me.

Also, please note that I believe there was a typo error on page 21, paragraph 2. You say "Aide from previously..." I think you meant to say "aided" or "aside."

Anyway, overall I found your product to be very useful and I've recommended it to some of my business colleagues. I have also just started reading "The Publicity Calendar" as it can be applied in conjunction with "Ten Steps to Publicity Success." There is even more to read in this calendar. Keep up the good work!
